SG LEWIS ANNOUNCE NEXT ALBUM 'FEVER DREAMER FEAT WILSON & TRES

LONDON-based singer-songwriter, producer and DJ, SG Lewis,  shares the next taste of his forthcoming album with ‘Fever Dreamer’, a timeless dancefloor anthem featuring singer-songwriter Charlotte Day Wilson and previous collaborator Channel Tres.

His second studio album 'AudioLust & HigherLove' was released on January 27 2023 via PMR/EMI Records and is available to pre-order HERE. 

‘Fever Dreamer’ sees SG Lewis delivering a collaborator-assisted banger with seismic results. Channelling the spirit of disco with propulsive percussion, it’s pure seduction in pop form. 

Later this month sees the release of SG Lewis’ second studio album 'AudioLust & HigherLove', in which the singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer builds on the kaleidoscopic future-disco of his debut album times, in an expansive and ambitious record made of two halves: on one end of the spectrum, he crafts the kind of nocturnal bangers that dancefloors, underground raves, pool parties, and festivals subsist on.

 

On the other end, he accesses a higher level of timeless pop ecstasy anchored by just the right amount of breezy hook-laden rock, organic instrumentation, and vocal eloquence. 

He suits one mood to the adrenaline rush of your wildest night out, and he tailors another to the blissful ride home at sunrise. 

It’s a diverse collection of classic but deeply contemporary cuts from one of the richest production talents of the last decade and includes a blockbuster collection of guests including the likes of today’s featured artist’s Channel Tres, Charlotte Day Wilson, Tove Lo, Ty Dolla $ign and Lucky Daye, alongside SG’s own vocals which are featured more prominently than ever before. 

Among the early praise for the album, SG graced the cover of both NME and Notion magazine and launch single ‘Something About Your Love’ featured on Pop Justice’s Best Tracks of 2022. 

Album highlight ‘Vibe Like This’ feat. Ty Dolla $ign and Lucky Daye hit both the BBC Radio 1 and Capital radio playlists and Sam also performed ‘Lifetime’ on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch back in December. Watch it back below:

SG Lewis has cemented his status as one music’s most sought after producers, collaborating with the likes of Elton John, Clairo, Khalid, Aluna, Victoria Monet, Raye, Ray BLK, The Neptunes/N.E.R.D’s Chad Hugo, Gerd Janson, Conducta + many more across his illustrious career. 

His debut album times, released last year, saw one of modern pop’s secret weapons stepping out front and centre with widespread critical acclaim from the likes of The Guardian, NME, Evening Standard, Clash, GQ, Notion, Mixmag + many more. 

LP highlight track ‘Chemicals’ amassed over 55 million Spotify streams and counting, catapulting SG Lewis’ total stream count to over 1.4 billion and most recently, Louis Vuitton launched their pre-Fall campaign with Soulwax’s remix of ‘Impact’ (featuring Robyn & Channel Tres). 

Behind the scenes, SG Lewis produced Dave’s seminal breakout track ‘100M’s’ and co-wrote ‘Hallucinate’ for Dua Lipa’s record-smashing number one album, 'Future Nostalgia'. 

That rare UK artist capable of making a splash on both sides of the Atlantic (and beyond), SG Lewis completed his biggest US tour to date (50,000 tickets) back in November, which culminated in a landmark show at LA’s iconic Greek Theatre. 

He  also unveiled details of his AudioLust & HigherLove UK/EU tour for March 2023 which includes a homecoming show at London’s O2 Academy in Brixton.
