CELCOMDigi Berhad  announced a significant leap forward in retail innovation with the grand opening of its new flagship physical stores, "Life," located at The Gardens Mall and Sunway Pyramid today, July 16th 2025.


These meticulously designed experiential hubs aim to transform how customers discover, experiment with, and ultimately own the latest in connected technology.


The launch marks a pivotal moment in CelcomDigi's three-year retail transformation journey, a strategic initiative focused on elevating the retail experience to better serve the evolving digital needs of its more than 20 million customers. 



With the largest owned retail chain for digital products and services in Malaysia, CelcomDigi's stores are now poised to offer improved service levels and an immersive concept, positioning themselves as premier destinations for 5G and AI-powered devices, complemented by comprehensive mobile and convergence plans for a wide array of smart solutions.


The "Life" stores are thoughtfully curated for individuals exploring the realm of connected living, catering to a diverse clientele regardless of age or technical proficiency.

Also present at the laumch were the President, Samsung Malaysia, Charles Kim, CelcomDigi's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Albern Murty and CelcomDigi's Chief Sales & Retail Officer, Cheng Weng Hong.


Spanning 3,500 square feet, the "Life" stores boast a vibrant ecosystem comprising over 20 partners and introduce a groundbreaking "store-within-a-store" concept – a first for Malaysian telco retail.

This innovative approach features dedicated experiential zones from two global household names, Samsung and Disney, providing customers with direct, hands-on engagement with cutting-edge smart technology and captivating content.


The Stage, an exclusive collaboration with Samsung, showcases the brand’s latest innovations, including lifestyle-focused wearables, smart appliances, and fitness technology. Customers can interact with these products and seamlessly make instant purchases through the ‘Endless Aisle’, a wall-sized interactive screen facilitating online ordering, payment, and home delivery.



In partnership with Disney, the Pixar Connect Lounge at The Gardens Mall and the Marvel Connect Lounge at Sunway Pyramid offer family-focused spaces. Inspired by beloved stories like "Toy Story" and the Marvel universe, these lounges feature tablets pre-loaded with interactive activities and applications, alongside merchandise from DisneyStore.asia.



To celebrate the grand opening, customers can take advantage of exclusive promotions throughout the weekend.


At The Gardens Mall, the festivities run from July 16 to 20, 2025, followed by Sunway Pyramid from July 23 to 27, 2025.


These promotions include exclusive discounts on selected accessories, purchase-with-purchase offers starting from as low as RM1, limited-time bundle deals, and complimentary gifts for the first 100 customers at each location. 


Furthermore, CelcomDigi customers will enjoy a 15% discount on purchases made via Samsung’s Endless Aisle, with an impressive 30% off for CelcomDigi customers holding a Samsung device contract.
