LISTERINE-WATSONS LAUNCH 'SWISH & SNAP' TO CHAMPION 5,000 HEALTHY SMILES

LISTERINE, recognized as Malaysia's leading mouthwash brand, has joined forces with Watsons Malaysia to introduce the "Swish & Snap" campaign, an initiative designed to elevate mouthwash to an indispensable part of daily oral hygiene for Malaysians. 

Kicking off on June 19, 2025, at Kenny Hills Baker on The Park @ TRX recently, this ambitious initiative aims to collect 5,000 photos of #HealthySmiles throughout the year, cementing mouthwash's place as a daily essential.

The launch event not only marked the beginning of this ambitious oral health drive but also unveiled a refreshed brand identity for LISTERI, underscoring its foundation in scientific research and its focus on a sensory-led approach to complete oral care.

A central feature of the launch was the immersive "Swish & Snap" interactive experience. 

This multi-zone journey was meticulously crafted to inform, engage, and inspire social sharing, highlighting the critical role of mouthwash rinsing within a comprehensive oral care regimen. 

The routine, which integrates brushing and flossing, is championed for its contributions to overall mouth health, healthier gums, stronger teeth, and a significant reduction in plaque.

While brushing and flossing are important for removing plaque, they can quickly build up again, causing cavities, gum problems, and bad breath.

The "Swish & Snap" campaign's initial public engagement will take place at TRX, specifically on the Lower Ground floor in front of Watsons, from June 23-29, 2025, inviting Malaysians to swish, snap, and celebrate their #healthysmiles with LISTERINE®. 

This interactive pop-up space will guide visitors through three distinct zones. 

The "Science Zone & Plaque Check" will offer compelling insights into the dwelling places of oral bacteria and the process of plaque formation, complemented by a live demonstration illustrating how LISTERINE combats these bacteria. 

Following this, the "Swish & Snap Zone" will provide guests with a firsthand experience of the mouthwash's effectiveness, culminating in a photo opportunity to capture their "smile-worthy" moment. 

Finally, at the "Redemption Corner," participants who successfully complete the journey will be eligible to receive gifts from LISTERINE®.

The launch event also featured an insightful and relatable discussion between dentist Dr. Kayla Teh and popular content creator Jenn Chia, a long-time enthusiast of LISTERINE®. 

Their relatable conversation underscored how seemingly minor daily habits—brushing, flossing, and a 30-second rinse twice a day—can lead to substantial improvements in oral health.

The session particularly highlighted how LISTERINE's clinically-proven essential oils effectively reach and eliminate bacteria that brushing alone might miss, especially those responsible for bad breath.
