INTRODUCING PRISM+ CARE: HASSLE-FREE SERVICING FOR AIR CONDITIONER!

PRISM+, a rapidly expanding home electronics brand in Malaysia, has officially introduced a new service and a new product to the market. 

The company has launched the PRISM+ Care, a servicing subscription designed to provide affordable and hassle-free maintenance for air conditioners. 

This plan, which is exclusively for PRISM+ air conditioner owners, aims to extend the lifespan of units and maximize savings.

According to Prism + Public Relations Executive,  Shafiqah Shukor in a company statement, the PRISM+ Care plan offers a comprehensive cleaning cycle that includes the brand's proprietary FoamJet technology for a deeper, more hygienic clean. 

Subscribers will also receive free gas top-ups and periodic chemical washes. 

The plan comes with flexible payment options, with prices starting at RM79 per unit every quarter. 

Customers can also choose to pay upfront for one to seven years to enjoy greater savings, with a multi-year upfront payment plan bringing the cost down to an effective RM69 per unit.

 A key benefit of the subscription is access to warranty support for up to seven years.

The servicing routine involves a quarterly FoamJet cleaning, which takes about 30-45 minutes, and a more intensive chemical service every two years to deep clean internal components. 

PRISM+ assures that all technicians are in-house trained and use professional-grade tools to ensure consistent quality. 

The service is currently available in the Klang Valley, with plans for expansion to Johor and Penang in the fourth quarter of this year.

In addition to the new servicing plan, PRISM+ is also introducing the Luna Classic, a new air conditioner model. 

This "no-frills" unit is marketed towards homeowners who prioritize reliable cooling at an accessible price. 

Key features include a 4-way directional airflow for even air distribution, a multi-layer air filtration system with Active Carbon and Vitamin C, and the use of eco-friendly R32 refrigerant. 

The PRISM+ Luna Classic will be available for pre-order on the company's website starting September 1, 2025, with a special launch price for the first 50 customers.
